Simpson has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Simpson will be
based out of Infidelity.com's corporate headquarters in Freehold, NJ.

Before joining Infidelity.com, Mr. Simpson held many senior leadership roles over
his 15-year tenure at AT&T, where he led organizations with more than 100 employees
and had profit and loss responsibility as large as $3 billion per year. Most
recently, Mr. Simpson led AT&T's B2B Internet sales efforts with full responsibility
for the small business components of att.com. Mr. Simpson brings over 9 years of
sales and sales management experience, as well as 8 years of online and traditional
marketing experience to Infidelity.com. He started his career in sales roles at
Canon USA.
